Here is a Volvo/Wright Gemini (i think) laying over A frequent visitor to Bishop Auckland is this Solo operated by Weardale. It is seen here on it's first day in service. Weardale had use of this Optare Tempo demonstrator last year. I recall it had some difficulty negotiating the 'horseshoe' at the bottom of the bus station! This must be a new addition to the Weardale fleet, parked in the bus station one day Scarlet Band of West Cornforth operate service 104 from Bishop Auckland to Newfield on behalf of Durham County Council. A Dennis Mini Dart is usually used, as illustrated here. JSB from Coundon operate a few runs from Bishop Auckland. This Solo is depicted here on service 109, recently obtained from Gardiners of Spennymoor JSB also inherited the rare Marshall Minibus from Gardiners. However, it has been replaced by this example, acquired from Northumbria Coaches This Versa, MX08MYS belongs to SB Travel, an associated company of JSB, and is on lease from Mistral Sometimes, Weardale use one of their collection of deckers on service 101, and ex Dublin Bus C6WMS is seen here.
